A total of 35 Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens were honored for their academic performance by the NJCAA for the 2014-2015 academic year. Coffeyville had the most number of accolades of any community college in the nation including four athletes who received the Pinnacle Award, the highest academic honor bestowed by the NJCAA.

The Jayhawk Conference released All-Conference teams and seven Ravens in total were selected. Headlining the Raven contingent were a pair of first team selections. Outfielder Alejandro Hernandez and pitcher Nick Jones were each first team selections.

The Coffeyville Red Ravens stayed close with the Cowley Tigers and trailed just 6-5 after a two run rally in the top of the fifth inning, but the Tigers scored nine unanswered runs to run-rule the Ravens 15-5 in eight innings.

K-State's Tyler Moore, a former Coffeyville Red Raven catcher, earned his second career Big 12 weekly awards on Monday as he was named the conference's Co-Player of the Week. It is Moore's first Player of the Week honor after he was tabbed as the top newcomer on March 9.
