Raven dancers perform in Tulsa

The Red Raven dancers traveled to Tulsa on February 2, 2008 to participate in a clinic with nationally recognized choreographer and judge Shane Sparks, as well as the NBA D-league Tulsa 66ers dance team. 

Sparks is currently featured as a judge in the new MTV show, “America’s Best Dance Crew.”  He has starred on the show “So You Think You Can Dance” as well as being nationally recognized for his award-winning choreography for the film “You Got Served.” 

The dance team took part in the 4 hour clinic and then performed that evening during half time of the Tulsa 66ers basketball game.  A portion of the proceeds were donated towards the victims of the 2007 flood in Coffeyville.
