Courey Feerer Feerer will be entering his fourth season as Head Soccer Coach at CCC in 2008. In 2007, he guided the women's soccer to their first winning season in school history. In 2006, the Raven men's soccer team won the Region 6 Championship. Prior to Coffeyville, Feerer was the head soccer coach at Allen County Community College in Iola, Kansas were he had led the Red Devil soccer team from 2000 through 2004. Feerer has a master's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and has also taught history and political sciences courses at Allen County and at Coffeyville. Feerer graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Rio Grande (Ohio) in 1996 where he played goalkeeper for the NAIA national power Redmen. He also has experience coaching with the Topeka Select Soccer Club and in 2000 was a member of the Kansas State Olympic Development Program staff where he co-coached the under-18 boys team at the USYSA Regional ODP Tournament. Courey is married to Pam who works in the college's financial aid office.
Denise Rinke is in her second season as an assistant coach at CCC. Rinke played under Coach Feerer from 2003-2005 at Allen County Community College. In 2004 Rinke was named Honorable Mention to the All Region team. After a stellar career at Allen she transferred to McPherson College under Coach Doug Quint. In her two year stint at McPherson, Rinke was Honorable Mention for KCAC in 2005, and in her senior season she was awarded 1st team KCAC, 1st team All Region, and named All-American. While attending McPherson, Rinke majored in Psychology, and minored in Sociology. In her spare time Denise likes to take care of all her pets. |
