The Coffeyville Red Raven softball team split a doubleheader with the Fort Scott Greyhounds on Wednesday at Byers Field in Coffeyville. Coffeyville won the first game 7-3, but dropped the nightcap 9-6.

The Coffeyville Red Ravens swept a doubleheader from the Brown Mackie Lions on Saturday afternoon in Byers Field in Coffeyville. Coffeyville won the first game 17-5 in five innings. In the nightcap, the Ravens edged the Lions 2-1.

A total of 35 Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens were honored for their academic performance by the NJCAA for the 2014-2015 academic year. Coffeyville had the most number of accolades of any community college in the nation including four athletes who received the Pinnacle Award, the highest academic honor bestowed by the NJCAA.

The Coffeyville Red Ravens ended their season on Sunday at the Region VI D-II, District E Softball Tournament. After winning their first game 8-5 over Highland in the double-elimination tournament, the Ravens dropped a 5-2 decision to Johnson County and were nipped by Highland 3-2 in an elimination game.
