Walker qualifies for indoor nationals at Iowa State Open

Julias Walker qualified for the NJCAA Indoor National Meet by posting qualifying times at the Ravens season-opening meet, the Iowa State University Open hosted in Ames, Iowa.  Walker qualified in the 60m and 200m.  Walker ran the 200m in 21.74 seconds, good for a fourth place finish at the meet.  He finished the 60m in 6.75 seconds, good for third overall in the meet.  Both times tied school records.

Coffeyville native Phillip Horn placed ninth in the pole vault with a height of 4.26 meters (13'-11.75").  Complete meet results can be viewed at http://www.coffeyville.edu/athletics/track/results/07ISUOpenMen.htm.
