#18 Ravens fall to #4 Johnson County in five games

It was a clash of Jayhawk titans in Nellis Hall on October 3 with the #18 Ravens hosting #4 Johnson County.  The Ravens fell to the Cavaliers in five games, dropping the Ravens to 4-2 in conference play and to 18-9 overall.  The Ravens are 2-2 in District M play.

The Ravens were blasted in the first game 30-15, but tied the match up by winning the second game 30-27.  Johnson pulled ahead by winning the third game 30-24, but the Ravens forced a fifth game by winning the fourth game 30-23.  The fifth and deciding game went down to the wire, but the Cavaliers pulled out the victory with a 16-14 win in the final game.

The Ravens return home on Wednesday, October 10, when they invite Neosho County into Nellis Hall.  First serve is at 6:30 p.m.
