Coffeyville 80, Fort Scott 75

The Lady Ravens overcame a 15-point second half deficit to defeat the Fort Scott Lady Greyhounds 80-75 on Wednesday night at Nellis Hall.  The Lady Ravens improve to 12-3 in conference play and to 20-7 overall.

Andrea Dill scored 20 points and hauled in eight rebounds to lead the charge and Marquita Thompson added 17.  Becky Gibson and Whitnee Miller had 13 points each.

Both teams shot well on the night.  The Lady Ravens shot 55% from the field and Fort Scott finished the night with 49% field goal shooting.  The Lady Ravens out-rebounded Fort Scott by a 33 to 28 margin.

The Lady Ravens host KJCCC eastern division leader Cowley on Saturday night at 6 p.m. in Nellis Hall.  Cowley is 15-0 in conference play, 26-1 overall and ranked #12 in the country.  The Lady Ravens finish the regular season with road games at Neosho County on Wednesday and at Highland on March 5.
