| Questionable officiating and defensive lapses in the interior thwarted the Lady Ravens chances for victory in Thursday's season opening loss at Eastern Oklahoma. The Lady Ravens, who led 31-25 at the half, loss 73-66. Andrea Dill led the Lady Ravens with 16 points. Marquita Thompson added 13 and Whitnee Miller also hit double-figures with 11 points. Also scoring for the Lady Ravens were Becky Gibson and Cherene Haynes with seven points each, Amy Hammond scored four, Debbie Burris and Rudy Crittendon scored three each and Kryssy Jennings found the scoring column for two points. The Lady Ravens travel to NEO on Nov. 9. Tip off in Miami is set for 6 p.m. The Lady Ravens host the Regal Inn Coffeyville Classic on Nov. 12-13. The Lady Ravens play Lake Land, Illinois at 8 p.m. on Nov. 12 and will play State Fair, Missouri at 8 p.m. on Nov. 13. |
