| The Lady Ravens had never won at Miami. Had
is the key word. The Lady Ravens finally won at Miami on Tuesday
night, 76-72. Andrea Dill scored 16 points and pulled in seven
rebounds to lead the effort. Becky Gibson added 15 points, seven
rebounds and four assists and Marquita Thompson also scored 15 points.
Whitnee Miller scored nine points, Tamara Vincent had seven, Amy Hammond
added five and Kryssy Jennings, Debbie Burris and Cherene Haynes scored
three each. The Lady Ravens are now 1-1 on the season and will host
the Coffeyville Classic this weekend. The Lady Ravens play Lake
Land, Ill. on Friday night at 8 p.m. in Nellis Hall. Ft. Scott faces
State Fair, Mo. at 6 p.m. On Saturday night, the Lady Ravens will play State Fair at 8 p.m. Ft. Scott will match up with Lake Land, Ill. at 6 p.m. |
