Ravens stay undefeated in KJCCC play with 55-45 win over IndyHead Coach Emily Washburn was less than thrilled with the quality of play Saturday night, but she will take the 55-45 win at Independence nonetheless. Shyvon Spears was the lone Raven in double-figures with 18 points. Azzie Knox scored nine points and Ashley Coleman and Megan Klinger added seven points each for the Ravens who now have sole possession of first place in the KJCCC east with a 4-0 conference mark. The Ravens also improved to 10-6 overall. Ashley Gladded scored 16 points for the Pirates and Nikina Hill added 12. The Ravens are back in action Wednesday night as they will travel to Iola to face Allen County. Tip off is at 6 p.m. The Ravens return home on Saturday, January 21, when they will host Johnson County at 5 p.m. in Nellis Hall. |
