Ravens rebound to beat Johnson County 76-62Ashley Coleman, Megan Klingler and Azzie Knox each scored 15 points Monday night as the Red Ravens got back on the winning track by defeating Johnson County 76-62. Shyvon Spears added a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds and Brittany Rochelle also hit double-figures with 10 points. Coleman and Sade Bowen hauled in nine rebounds each and Knox had a team-high seven assists. Katy Davenport had a double-double for Johnson County with 22 points and 10 rebounds and Becca Boan added 18 points. With the win, the Ravens are now 19-8 overall and 13-2 in KJCCC play. The Ravens trail only Labette, 13-1 in conference play, in the KJCCC East. The Ravens are off until Saturday when they will host Kansas City at 5 p.m. in Nellis Hall. Kansas City currently sits ninth in the KJCCC East. |
