#21 Ravens outlast Allen County, 89-67

Allen County dressed only six players against the Ravens Wednesday night and the visiting Red Devils hung tough for a half.  But a deeper and full-court pressing Ravens team wore down Allen County in the second half and Ravens came away with an 89-67 win.  Shyvon Spears broke out of her slump and scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Ravens.  Asaiah Lowe had 15 points, Brittany Rochelle added 13 and Sade Bowen hit double-figures with 10 points.  The Ravens shot 49% from the field on the game and held Allen County to just 36% shooting on the night.  The Ravens are now 11-1 in the KJCCC East and 21-3 overall.  The Ravens have a one-game lead over Cowley for first place in the KJCCC East.

The Ravens hit the road on Saturday, February 10, to face the Labette Cardinals at 6 p.m. in Parsons.  The Ravens return home on February 14 when they host Kansas City at 6 p.m. in Nellis Hall.
