#19 Ravens crush Cowley 88-59 for 12th straight win

In what was expected to be a close game, the Red Ravens put together one of their most complete performances on the season in ripping through the Cowley Tigers 88-59 on Wednesday night in Nellis Hall.  The Ravens shot 49% from the floor on the game, dished out 26 assists, and out-rebounded the Tigers by a 51-40 margin in improving to 8-0 in the KJCCC East and to 18-2 overall.  The win, the Ravens 12th straight, gives Coffeyville a commanding two-game lead in the KJCCC East over the Cowley Tigers who fall to 6-2 in conference play.

Asaiah Lowe scored 15 points to pace a balanced Red Raven scoring attack.  Megan Klingler reached double-figures with 12 points and Syeeda Echols added 10.  In all, eleven Ravens scored with nine players scoring six or more points.  Lindsey Davis was the high-scorer for Cowley with 15 points.

The Ravens return to action on Saturday night, January 27.  The Ravens will host Highland at 5:30 p.m. in Nellis Hall.  The Ravens defeated the Scotties 86-53 in the conference opener at Highland on December 6.
