Boykin Signs With Arkansas-Little Rock

Coffeyville Community College sophomore Ashtin Boykin will be heading home to continue her college track career. Boykin, a Little Rock native, signed with Arkansas-Little Rock on June 19.
Boykin was the Jayhawk East outdoor champion in the women's 100 meter hurdles this past season for the Ravens. Boykin placed third overall in the region in the 100 meter hurdles and placed fifth in the region and third in the Jayhawk East in the 400 meter hurdles.
At the outdoor national meet in May, Boykin competed in the 400 meter hurdles and also ran a leg on the 4 x 400 meter relay team.
During the indoor season, Boykin competed at the national indoor meet in the 60 meter hurdles. Boykin was second in the Jayhawk East in the indoor 60 meter hurdles this past year.
Boykin, who graduated from Parkview High School in Little Rock, will have two years of eligibility remaining.
