A total of 35 Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens were honored for their academic performance by the NJCAA for the 2014-2015 academic year. Coffeyville had the most number of accolades of any community college in the nation including four athletes who received the Pinnacle Award, the highest academic honor bestowed by the NJCAA.

Coffeyville Community College Sophommore hurdler Modesty Lorick has recently signed with Southern Mississippi University. Lorick is a native of Upper Marlboro, Md. Teammate Vallerie Norgaisse, a native of Kissimmee, Fla., also signed with Southern Mississippi.

The Coffeyville Red Ravens continued the outdoor portion of their schedule by competing at the Cowley Tiger Invite on Apr. 3 in Arkansas City, Kan. The Ravens had three women athletes who established new school records and several athletes who were new national qualifiers by hitting national standards at the meet.

The Coffeyville Red Raven track teams had a great day on Sunday as the women's team won the Region VI Indoor Track and Field Championship while the men placed second overall in the region. Both the men's and women's team finished first in the Jayhawk East standings and were crowned Jayhawk East Conference champions.
