Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for Learning
Position is responsible for scheduling of classrooms, maintenance of class schedules for faculty, maintenance of course files on Jenzabar, inputting schedules, compiling catalog information, maintenance of faculty attendance records, maintenance of database on faculty travel, review and maintain records on overload salaries and part-time faculty salaries, maintain database on master course file and submission of new courses to 4-year institutions for transfer equivalency determination, maintain current transfer articulation updates with Regents institutions, maintain syllabus on all approved courses, monitor budget expenditures. An Associate or Technical certificate in business and/or office technologies is preferred.
