Student Loan Process

Students who would like to have a student loan processed must complete all three sections.  Entrance Counseling and E-Sign Master Promissory Note must be completed online.

Student Loan Data Sheet must be downloaded, completed and mailed to the Financial Aid Office.  For assistance, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 620-252-7357.

Summer 2008

3.  E-Sign Promissory Note (Completed online. Click the link on the left for access, external link)

Fall 2008

3.  E-Sign Promissory Note (Click the link and fill out the promissory note from your selected lender)
