Veterans' Services

The Financial Aid Office assists veterans and children of deceased or disabled veterans in securing educational benefits.  Members of National Guard and Reserve units may be eligible for benefits also.  A student receiving veterans benefits must meet specific veterans standards of progress.  Information may be obtained from the Financial Aid Office.

Coffeyville Community College participates in all Veteran’s Educational Benefits Programs.  According to K.S.A. 73-1216, 73-1217 and 73-1218, Coffeyville Community College provides for enrollment without charge of tuition or fees for any dependent of a prisoner of war, dependent of a person missing in action, or a dependent of a service connected disability, suffered during the Vietnam Conflict, so long as such dependent is eligible, but not to exceed twelve (12) semesters of instruction or the equivalent thereof at all such institutions for any person.
