Raven Hall

The Raven Hall complex located on campus houses 304 male students in 38 individual living units.  The units have four bedrooms, a commons area, and a bathroom.  In addition, each bedroom has a telephone hook-up, cable TV hook-up and a refrigerator.  Each unit is heated and air-conditioned. A separate unit houses the laundry facilities and the Director of Student Life’s residence.  Several resident assistants live in the housing area.

What services are provided?

  • Dormitory size refrigerator in each room
  • Basic cable TV hook-up in each room
  • Telephone jack in each room
  • Internet cable modem in each room
  • Coin operated laundry facility
  • Change machine in laundry area

What should I bring?

  • Linens: twin size sheets (extra long), pillows, pillow cases, blankets, towels, etc.
  • Personal items: shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap.
  • Clothing: the dress at CCC is informal; it is warm to hot in the fall and spring and cool to cold in the winter.  Remember, closet space is limited.
  • Cooking: use of a microwave oven is permitted.  All other cooking in residence hall is prohibited.
  • Entertainment/electronics: television, stereo, radio, personal computers, video games are allowed.
  • Telephone.
  • No pets are allowed in the residence hall including the laundry facilities at any time.

Your phone number is assigned when you arrive on campus and will be determined based upon the unit and room in which you reside.

Raven Hall Layout

The typical floor plan of a “quad” inside Raven Hall.  Each quad has four bedrooms shared by two roommates.  Eight students will share a common’s area and a bathroom.
