CCC Theatre Camp for children returns with two summer productions

Enrollments for the 2008 Theatre Camp will be taken on May 5 and May 6 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the lobby outside the Spencer/Rounds Theatre.

Coffeyville Community College Theatre Department will present the 3rd annual Theatre Camp June 16-27th. Registration forms will be available to print off on the CCC website by March 17th or they can be requested by e-mailing Mark Frank, Director of Summer Camp at markf@coffeyville.edu. The camp will be $30 (includes a free summer camp t-shirt) for two full weeks from 1pm-4pm of theatre training consisting of putting together a play. The play this year will be More Adventures with Curious George by Margaret and H.A. Rey. The date of the play is June 27th at 4:30pm. Theatre Camp is open to children 6-16 years of age. On June 28th auditions will be held for the 14th annual Coffeyville Children's Summer Theatre Disney's 101 Dalmatian's (MTI Kids Musical Version) from 1-4pm in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre. We will be casting children 75 children ages 5-18 years of age and auditions are open to all Kansas and Oklahoma counties. The rehearsals will be June 30-July 30th with performances July 31-August 1-3rd. There is no cost to participate in Coffeyville's Children's Summer Theatre.
