Students at Coffeyville Community College participated in the "One Day Without Shoes" awareness event on Tuesday, April 10. The event on campus was sponsored by the Student Government Association and on the global level by TOMS Shoes. The event raises awareness to the plight of millions of children across the world who live daily without proper footwear, exposing them to disease and injury. TOMS Shoes encourages people to make a donation to an organization working to improve children’s health and education.
