The urban bonfire scheduled for Friday evening on the Coffeyville Community College Main Campus has been canceled. The forecast guarantees, and the radar verifies, that rain will be impacting the Coffeyville area most of the afternoon and evening on Friday.

Homecoming activities will get back into full swing on Saturday with the Lettermen's Hall of Fame Induction Banquet at 1 p.m. in the Student Union and the Coffeyville Red Ravens and Dodge City Conquistadors football game at 7 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Stadium.

The women's basketball team will also play their season opener on Saturday as they will host the Oklahoma Wesleyan JV at 1 p.m. in Nellis Hall.
