CCC Recognizes Three Area Businesses as Partners in KBOR Employer Engagement Initiative

Coffeyville Community College recognizes Spears Manufacturing, Windsor Place, and Community State Bank as partners through the Kansas Board of Regents Employer Engagement Initiative.

The initiative recognizes areas of business and industry for partnerships with education, including, contributions to the system, institution, programs and students.

Spears Manufacturing is recognized at the Champion Level, the highest partnership level, for their vast involvement with CCC. This includes providing internships for students or faculty, interviewing students prior to graduation, their involvement in the Kansas Department of Commerce Workforce Aid programs, advising instructors on current workforce needs and skill sets, and their participation in career fairs.

Windsor Place is recognized at the Partner Level for serving on the Career and Tech Education Advisory Board, assisting with program design of medical programs, and providing expertise in design of facilities and equipment needs. 

Community State Bank is recognized at the Supporter Level for providing guest speakers to college programs, providing various scholarships to CCC students, and supporting various student organizations. 

Coffeyville Community College extends thanks to all partners for their involvement and looks forward to continuously working with them in the future.
