Sophomore second baseman Shiann Wickham went 3-for-3 including the game-winning single in the Ravens 3-2 win over Pratt in the first game of a doubleheader on Friday at Byers Field in Coffeyville.

The Coffeyvile Red Ravens and the Pratt Beavers split a doubleheader on Friday at Byers Field in Coffeyville. The Ravens won the opener 3-2, but dropped the finale 5-4.

In game one, the Ravens overcame a 2-0 deficit to pull out the win. Pratt scored twice in the top of the fourth, but the Ravens pulled even in the bottom half of the inning.

Shiann Wickham led off the Ravens' rally with a single. Wichkam stole second and advanced to third on Kourtney Herrera's single. With runners on the corner and no outs, the Ravens got on the board when Mykah Meador reached on a two base error by the Pratt catcher. Wickham scored on the play and Herrera advanced to third.

Kayla Manzanares got the game tied at 2-2 with a sacrifice fly that scored Herrera from third. However, the Ravens were unable to get the lead until the bottom of the seventh.

With the game still tied at 2-2, Halie Liggett doubled to lead off the inning. Kala Cash pinch ran for Liggett. With one out, Cash advanced to third on a passed ball. Leeza Enfield was then plunked with a pitch to put runners on the corners for the Ravens.

Ashley Rankin then flied out to right field, but the ball wasn't deep enough to score Cash from third. However, with two outs, Wickham came through with the game winner, a single that brought Cash home and giving the Ravens a walk-off 3-2 victory.

ShyAnne Wells got the win. Wells pitched a complete game for the Ravens and allowed just one earned run. Wells gave up three hits, walked none and struck out two batters.

In the second game, the Ravens took a 2-0 lead in the first. Herrera and Liggett hit two out singles and Manzanares brought both runners home with a double to give Coffeyville the early lead.
