CCC Children’s Summer Theatre to present Disney’s 101 Dalmations in 2008 – scripts available now 

Coffeyville Community College (CCC) Children’s Summer Theatre has announced its next three summer shows. Working with Music Theatre International Junior Series CCST will present in summer 2008, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians July 31 and August 1-2, 2008, 7:30 p.m. and August 3 at 2 p.m. Music and Lyrics by Mel Leven, Randy Rogel, Richard Gibbs, Brian Smith and Martin Lee Fuler and Dan Root. Book adaptation by Marcy Heisler. Based off the animated screenplay by Bryan Peet and based off the novel by Dodie Smith.  

In the summer of 2009 CCST will present Disney’s The Jungle Book and in the summer of 2010 Disney’s The Aristocats.

Auditions for Children’s Summer Theatre will take place on June 28 from 1-4 p.m. following the third annual Theatre Camp for Children June 16-27, 2008.  Theatre Camp will present another series of Curious George plays. Theatre Camp and Auditions are open to children ages 5-18.
