CCC broadcast team wins first at Skills USA 

The Coffeyville Community College Broadcast Team took first place at the Kansas Leadership and Skills contest held at the Coffeyville campus on April 9. 

Students were asked to write, produce and record a three minute newscast in the CCC studio.  Rhoan Murdock of Lenexa, Kan.; Rob Burrows of Coffeyville, Kan.; Katie Inman of Walnut, Kan. and Kyle Schlotfelt of Coffeyville, Kan. competed on the CCC team. 

The students will advance to the national Skills USA contest in Kansas City, Kan. on June 23-27.
