TECHNICAL CAMPUS ENROLLMENT

All full-time students must complete an Application for Admission. An assessment test is administered to all clock-hour students attending the Technical Campus day programs. The Compass Test covers math and reading skills and is scheduled during the student's first week of classes.

TECHNICAL CAMPUS ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

A. Report to the Technical Campus Office to enroll in technical programs and classes. (600 Roosevelt, Coffeyville or 509 W. Elm, Columbus)
B. Complete an enrollment form and return to Technical Campus personnel.
C. Finalize enrollment before the first day of classes. Class spaces are reserved by students finalizing enrollment.
D. Pell Grants, work study and student loans are available to qualifying students. Financial aid information and forms may be picked up at the Technical Campus. Completed financial aid applications MUST be submitted to the Financial Aid Office in the basement level of the Student Union on the main campus, 400 W. 11th, Coffeyville.
E. Finalizing Enrollment
1. Finalize enrollment before the first day of classes by paying tuition and fees in the Business Office of the main campus or by making payment arrangements through the FACTS Payment Plan online at www.coffeyville.edu.
2. Verify courses listed and finalize enrollment by paying for tuition and fees.
3. Students enrolled on the Columbus campus may purchase required textbooks from the Technical Campus Office. Students enrolled on the Coffeyville campus must take the PINK copy of the FINALIZED enrollment form to the Bookstore, located on the lower level of the Student Union (main campus) to purchase textbooks.
4. Students enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours per semester are eligible to receive a student photo ID card. Individuals interested must report to the media center next to the library on the main campus within the first two weeks of classes with the PINK copy of the FINALIZED enrollment form, current address and Social Security number to obtain a photo ID.

*Pell Grant applications take seven-to-ten working days to process if filing online and six-to-eight weeks if the application is mailed.
