Harlene Alford Chosen September Phi Theta Kappa Member of the Month

The Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa selected chapter Co-Vice President of Service Harlene Alford as its outstanding Member of the Month for September.  Harlene is a 2012 graduate of Bartlesville Senior high School.  His college major is sociology and his goal is to someday have his own charity organization.  

Harlene enjoys watching football and basketball games.  While serving as a chapter officer, Harlene has participated in chapter fundraisers such as vineyard harvest, cleaning Veterans Memorial Stadium and the fairgrounds during the Inter-State Fair and Rodeo.  He also participated in officer retreat, region leadership conference, and a program on Native American myths at the Bartlesville Historical Museum.

At Coffeyville Community College, Harlene is also a member of the Academic Challenge Program.  He is the son of Ranea Dudley-Wilson of Coffeyville.
