Resources For New Graduates

Congratulations graduates. Now that you have completed your studies at Coffeyville Community College, you probably have a few questions.

1. When will I receive my diploma?

If you completed your final semester successfully, you will receive your diploma within a couple of weeks via the mail to your permanent address on file with CCC (your home, not the dorms for instance). If you still need some credits due to a failing grade or an incomplete, a diploma will not be mailed until requirements are met. Walking across the stage does not guarantee that you have graduated since the ceremony was before Spring term grades were submitted by faculty. If you have met requirements and have not received your diploma within 2-3 weeks after graduation, please contact the Registrar's Office.

2. Whoops, I failed a class and didn't graduate. What now?

Enroll for summer classes  or fall classes at CCC and complete your degree requirements. You can also transfer up to nine hours from another institution back to CCC to complete your degree requirements.

3. How do I get my CCC transcript sent to another school?

CCC uses a service to quickly send your transcripts electronically to most other colleges and universities in the U.S. Most request can be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. To learn more about how this works, please see the Transcript Request Page.

4. How can I get photos from the graduation ceremony.

Information about graduation photos can be found on the Graduation Photos Page.
