The Brown Mansion is owned and operated by the non-profit Coffeyville Historical Society. Violet Brown Kohler, daughter and only living heir of W.P. Brown, sold the home to the Historical Society in 1973 with the stipulation that it be opened for public viewing.

The Mansion is available for one-hour guided tours (with the last tour beginning at 4:00 p.m.) on the following dates and times:

March thru October	Thursday thru Tuesday (Closed on Wednesdays only)	10 to 4 Tours begin at 11
March thru October	Sunday	1 to 4
November and December	Saturday	11 to 4 Tours begin at 11
November and December	Sunday	1 to 4
Other hours by appointment. Closed Wednesdays. Closed occasionally for weddings and other special events. Please call ahead to verify the Mansion is open for tours - 620.688.0510 Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

The mansion is available for private parties, weddings, or other special events.
