Main Campus and Online Fall 2021 Class Schedules

Enrolling for Classes, Enrollment Steps


  1. Complete Application for Admission (First-Time Students Only)
     
    Acceptance Letter with Student ID number will be mailed to your home address.

  2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - Recommended

    Recommended if attending full-time and required if you want to qualify for federal grants, loans and work study.

  3. Complete Residence Hall Application

    Residence Hall residency is required for full-time students under the age of 21, living more than 60 miles from CCC.

  4. Send ACT and/or SAT Test Scores  (First-Time Students Only)

    Required for all full-time students and anyone taking writing and/or a math class.
    If you don't have scores, schedule an Accuplacer placement test with the Student Success Center before enrolling.

    (CCC Codes: ACT is 1398; SAT is 6102) - use these codes when filling out the application to take either one of these tests to have scores sent directly to CCC.

  5. Send high school transcript after graduation date is posted

    Transcript must be sent directly from the high school to CCC. The high school can send digitally (they'll know what to do) or mail a hard copy to:

  6. Send college transcripts if you have taken courses at another higher education institution

    Transcript must be sent directly from the school to CCC. The school can send digitally (they'll know what to do) or mail a hard copy to:

  7. Request a degree check from the Registrar's Office if this is your final semester

    Contact [email protected] before enrolling. This is a safeguard to make sure the classes you plan to take will complete CCC degree requirements.
     
  8. Contact The Student Success Center

    Email [email protected] and a Student Success Center advisor will work with you to plan and create your schedule.

    Note: If you are taking only online classes, Cari Redden, the Director of Distance Education, will be your advisor.
     
  9. Enrollment is Complete!
     
  10. Get Your Books

    Prior to the start of the semester, buy textbooks or pick-up from CCC Bookstore. Bring a copy of your CCC schedule to the CCC Bookstore.
     
  11. Get your Student ID

    ID pictures are processed in the Student Success Center and are free early in the semester, so get your ID as soon as you can. 

    Please Note: Before your enrollment will be processed, you must have $0 balance on your student account. Payments on your account are made in the CCC Business Office.

Tuition and Fee Refund Policy

100% of tuition and fees may be refunded for Fall and Spring semesters if courses are dropped within seven days of the published session start date. 100% of tuition and fees may be refunded for Summer I, Summer II and Intercession semesters if courses are dropped within one day of the published start date. A student remains responsible for payment of tuition and fees if the drop occurs after the tuition refund date as indicated.
