Coffeyville Community College (CCC) will offer a Scuba Diving class starting March 26, 2012. Scuba diving will be taught in Coffeyville with students’ open water certification to be completed in Beaver Lake, Arkansas in May. Extreme Sports Inc. from Joplin, Mo. will bring the class to campus Monday evenings. Students may enroll in Scuba Diving which runs from 6:30-9:30 p.m. March 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.  The class will utilize the pool at Field Kindley High School. Students will then complete their open water certification at Beaver Lake.  The cost of the class is $435 and includes tuition, fees, books, and rental gear for the pool and open water certification.
