Coffeyville Community College (CCC) is proud to announce the highly anticipated "Raven Madness Basketball Kick-Off Event," set to captivate fans and enthusiasts as they gear up for the upcoming 2023-2024 basketball season. The event promises an evening filled with electrifying performances, thrilling contests, and opportunities to connect with the CCC basketball teams and coaches.
 

Taking place on Thursday, October 19th, 2023, starting at 7:30 PM, Raven Madness will follow the "Trunk or Treat" event held earlier in the CCC Student Union parking lot from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Families and fans of all ages are encouraged to attend and be part of the excitement.
 

The evening will kick off with sensational performances by the CCC Cheer/Dance teams and the Red Raven Loud and Proud Athletic band, setting the stage for an unforgettable night. Attendees will have the chance to meet the basketball teams individually while coaches provide insights into their season strategies and expectations.
 

Highlighting the festivities will be a riveting three-point contest featuring players from both CCC basketball teams, showcasing their accuracy and precision.  A jaw-dropping dunk contest will keep spectators on the edge of their seats as players showcase their athleticism and creativity.
 

Following the on-court action, players and coaches can sign autographs and engage with fans, creating memorable moments for the CCC community. Attendees can also enter exciting giveaways, including retro basketball gear and other fabulous prizes, adding to the event's allure.  Wear your costumes, as this event will have a special Halloween Contest. 
 

Raven Madness exemplifies CCC's commitment to building a sense of unity and camaraderie among students, faculty, staff, and supporters. It's a celebration of the enduring spirit of basketball and an opportunity for the CCC community to come together and rally behind their teams.
