Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist is a twelve month position and shall be responsible to the Sr. Director of College Relations and Student Services for photography, media production, and graphic design of all projects assigned.   This position will focus on all programs at Coffeyville Community College. This individual is also responsible for the Social Media marketing campaign for the College which includes but is not limited to creating relevant content and strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, cultivate and responding to comments, community participation and leadership. 

Experience in graphic lay-out and/or professional publications; experience in meeting deadlines, working under pressure and working with a diverse group of individuals; experience with social media outlets. 

Bachelors’ Degree is required. Master’s preferred. Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or related fields highly desirable.

E-Sports and Golf Coach

The Esport Coach / Head Golf Coach is a 12 month position that reports to the Vice President for Academic Services, Senior Director of College Relations, Marketing and Recruiting and Athletic Director.  This position is responsible for the development and growth of an effective Esport team.  The Esport Coach and Head Golf Coach will demonstrate an excellence in leadership and mentorship within a competitive setting. The Esports team is a co-curricular program that enhances critical thinking, teamwork and communication among a diverse group of students.  The Golf team will be a competitive group of both men and women that will represent CCC at practice and at tournaments. The Esport / Golf Coach will also be an active educator within the academic profession at the institution.  

A minimum of two years coaching experience, preferably in a community college; experience in the development and implementation of new courses, programs and workshops and/or teaching experience; experience working with students on an individual basis; experience and the ability to stimulate and attract students to participate in the Esport and Golf Programs

Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certificate is required.

Bookstore Sales Associate

The Bookstore Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the Bookstore Manager with the sale of College instructional materials and merchandise, while providing quality customer service in a fast paced environment.  The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting with traditional and online sales, shipping, and receiving of merchandise.  They must also be able to conduct business and make decisions in the absence of the Bookstore Manager.

Retail sales with experience in working with the public preferred; basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs.

Associate Degree required. Experience in college bookstore or other retail business may be considered in lieu of education requirement.

Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor

Instructional staff/faculty of the Nursing Program at Coffeyville Community College are responsible to the Nursing Program Director for instructional and personnel matters, and to fulfill the requirements as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement.  The Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor is responsible for the clinical instruction of PN and RN core curriculum as assigned, and to ensure student success on state licensure. 

A minimum of two years clinical experience as an RN in a variety of healthcare settings; experience in the development and implementation of new courses, programs, and/or continuing education workshops.

For PN clinical nursing instruction:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution of higher education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

For the RN clinical nursing instruction:  Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing or actively pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution of higher education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.  

The Nursing Instructor must maintain a current RN license in Kansas or Multi-State Oklahoma license.

Custodian

The Custodian shall be responsible to the Maintenance Technician/Custodial Lead and the Director of Maintenance and Director of Housekeeping for the custodial maintenance of the physical plant of the college.

One year of related experience in custodial related activities; experience with team cleaning is preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent, or comparable knowledge, skill, and mental development.

CDL Drivers

Coffeyville Community College is currently accepting applications for CDL drivers who are interested in driving student busses on an as needed basis.  The position requires a CDL with the passenger and air brake endorsement.  If you are interested in picking up some driving hours on weekends or during the week, we would like to add you to our driver pool.  To apply, submit a completed application, background check authorization form, copy of CDL driver’s physical card and DMV driving record to Human Resource Dept, Coffeyville Community College, 400 West 11th, Coffeyville, KS  67337.  CCC is an EOE.

Coffeyville Community College strives to provide a safe and secure environment for its campus community members. Each year, CCC publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report which discusses topics such as crime prevention, to whom crime reports should be filed, resources for victims of crimes, emergency procedures, and other matters of importance related to security and safety at CCC. The report also contains statistics for specific crimes reported to have occurred on certain property owned or controlled by the College over the past three calendar years.
