Campus Retail & Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Campus Retail & Digital Marketing Coordinator supports bookstore operations while leading digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, student engagement, and revenue growth. This role bridges retail strategy with content creation, social media management, and e-commerce support — ideal for someone with interests in both business and modern marketing. Some evenings and weekends are required. The bookstore is more than a retail space — it is a place of escape, retail therapy, and a safe haven for the campus community. This role demands warmth, professionalism, and consistency in every interaction, with a positive, forward-facing demeanor on the floor and in all customer-facing communications.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or technical certificate from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the U.S. Department of Education is preferred, and a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is highly desirable. Experience in retail, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, graphic design software, and video editing applications.
