Director of Distance Learning/Full-time
The Director of Distance Learning reports to the Vice President of Academic Services and provides the coordination and supervision of the long-term and day-to-day distance learning initiatives for the institution. Responsibilities include coordinating the online student experience in virtually all of its dimensions, recruiting quality faculty, providing academic support to faculty, and providing the direction for technology support personnel for distance learning. The Director is responsible to ensure the quality and rigor of the online learning is equitable to the face-to-face learning experience, as well as, maintaining and ensuring all federal regulations and guidelines are current and in compliance annually.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required, with experience in a community college setting preferred. At least two years of experience working in a community college is also preferred. Administrative experience, ideally within a postsecondary institution, is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience with student outcomes assessment and the systematic review of academic programs, preferably in a postsecondary environment, is expected. Experience with distance learning instruction and/or program oversight is preferred. Candidates should also have experience in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, as well as in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs.

Part-time/ Seasonal Groundskeeper
Coffeyville Community College is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and functionality of our campus grounds. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors.
Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, is required. Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and equipment is expected. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Biology Instructor/Full-time
Instructional staff and faculty of Coffeyville Community College are responsible to the Vice President for Academic Services for instructional and personnel matters and for fulfilling the requirements outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement.
A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in a community college setting. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of new courses, programs, and workshops, and/or teaching adult learners. Experience teaching distance education is preferred. Strong public speaking and presentation skills are required. A master’s degree in the field is required, or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline (Biology).

Custodian/Maintenance/Grounds - Columbus, KS
The Custodian shall be responsible to the Maintenance Technician/Custodial Lead and the Director of Maintenance and Director of Housekeeping for the custodial maintenance of the physical plant of the college.
One year of related experience in custodial related activities. Experience with team cleaning is preferred. High school diploma or its equivalent, or comparable knowledge, skill, and mental development.

Asst. Athletic Trainer/Instructor
The Assistant Athletic Trainer shall be responsible to the Head Athletic Trainer and will assist in all aspects of operating the Sports Medicine program and facilities. This includes athletic training coverage for all CCC athletic teams, utilizing the six major athletic training practice domains, recruiting, supervising, and developing student workers.
Proven teaching and athletic training abilities. Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills. Be self-motivated Ability to effectively work with various publics and diverse populations. Human relation skills of ordinary courtesy, understanding, and ability to stimulate motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm in students. Within six months of the date of hire, and throughout their employment, required to maintain a physical place of residence within the CCC service area.
A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education. NATABOC certified or eligible. Kansas State Licensure or eligible. Current CPR/First Aid Certification is required. The salary range is $50,000 to $55,000, based on experience.

CDL Bus Drivers
Coffeyville Community College is currently accepting applications for CDL drivers who are interested in driving student buses on an as needed basis. Agriculture Instructor
The Agriculture Instructor is responsible for teaching assigned courses, updating curriculum, developing new courses, and ensuring alignment with accreditation standards. They will advise and recruit students, manage program budgets, coordinate scholarships, and support student organizations. Additionally, they will participate in college committees, community activities, and institutional events while maintaining flexibility for evening and weekend commitments as needed.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in a community college. Experience in the development and implementation of new courses and programs.
A Master's Degree in Agriculture or earned a master's degree with 18 graduate hours within the discipline is required from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
