Fall classes started on August 15th at Coffeyville Community College. If you plan to attend CCC this fall, you probably have some tasks left to finalize your fall enrollment.
If you are a first-time CCC student, you have to apply for admission before you can start the enrollment process. CCC is an open admission institution; as long as meet minimum requirements, you are guaranteed acceptance. If you are already a Raven, you can skip this step.
Although some classes for fall have already filled, many classes still have open slots. Meet with your advisor to plan your schedule, or go to the Student Success Center for advising.
Once you have your schedule figured out, take the enrollment sheet to the Registrar's Office.
Payment of Tuition and Fees
Once you have enrolled in classes, payments can now be made. The payment process is also described as finalizing your enrollment. The earlier before the start of the semester, the shorter the lines will be to finalize your enrollment. To make payment arrangements, please contact or visit the Business Office.
Business Office Contacts
(620) 251-7700 (please note during busy times, a Business Office rep may not be immediately available. Please leave a voicemail with the person your call is forwarded to).
The Business Office is located on 2nd floor of the Student Union; open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you need assistance in paying your bill, you can apply for financial aid. The CCC Financial Aid Office can assist in applying for Federal Financial Aid and can also assist in identifying potential college-sponsored scholarship opportunities.
If you haven't already applied for federal financial aid at this late date, you will need to be patient during this process. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither does receiving federal aid approval.
Housing Move-In Notes:
- August 13-14, 2018.
- 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Check in at the lobby of Powell Hall.
- Students will need to show a picture ID (drivers' license, passport, military ID, or state issued identification card) before a housing ID is issued.
Residence Hall fees include a meal plan at the CCC Cafeteria. Once the semester begins, your Student ID will be required to eat in the cafeteria.
Once you have paid your bill, or made arrangements to cover those costs, you can now get your textbooks. The CCC Bookstore is your convenient one-stop place to purchase the books you will need.
The bookstore is tentatively scheduled to open for the fall semester on August 13th at p.m.. This is a delayed opening due to renovations taking place in Weinberg Hall.

If you are on a scholarship that covers books, you can venture to the CCC Bookstore with your proof of payment receipt you will receive from the Business Office. Scholarship books are a loan program; they are not yours to keep for a lifetime. At the end of the semester, the books must be returned to the CCC Bookstore. Failure to do so will result in your account being charged the full cost of the books.
Student IDs are available in the Student Success Center. It is recommended that you get your student ID as soon as possible at the start of the semester. The ID is valid for the entire school year, so you will not need a new one in the spring. Returning students will also need to get a new student ID in the fall.
Fall IDs will be available beginning on August 10. The Student Success Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
