Get Your Ducks in a Row for the Start of Fall Classes

A bunch of rubber ducks in a row except one that is out of line.

Quack, quack.

Fall classes started on August 15th at Coffeyville Community College. If you plan to attend CCC this fall, you probably have some tasks left to finalize your fall enrollment.

If you are a first-time CCC student, you have to apply for admission before you can start the enrollment process. CCC is an open admission institution; as long as meet minimum requirements, you are guaranteed acceptance. If you are already a Raven, you can skip this step.

Application for Admission

Although some classes for fall have already filled, many classes still have open slots. Meet with your advisor to plan your schedule, or go to the Student Success Center for advising.

Once you have your schedule figured out, take the enrollment sheet to the Registrar's Office.

Payment of Tuition and Fees

Once you have enrolled in classes, payments can now be made. The payment process is also described as finalizing your enrollment. The earlier before the start of the semester, the shorter the lines will be to finalize your enrollment. To make payment arrangements, please contact or visit the Business Office.

Business Office Contacts

[email protected]

Financial Aid

If you need assistance in paying your bill, you can apply for financial aid. The CCC Financial Aid Office can assist in applying for Federal Financial Aid and can also assist in identifying potential college-sponsored scholarship opportunities.

If you haven't already applied for federal financial aid at this late date, you will need to be patient during this process. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither does receiving federal aid approval.

Once you have paid your bill, or made arrangements to cover those costs, you can now get your textbooks. The CCC Bookstore is your convenient one-stop place to purchase the books you will need.

The bookstore is tentatively scheduled to open for the fall semester on August 13th at p.m.. This is a delayed opening due to renovations taking place in Weinberg Hall.

Student IDs

Student IDs are available in the Student Success Center. It is recommended that you get your student ID as soon as possible at the start of the semester. The ID is valid for the entire school year, so you will not need a new one in the spring. Returning students will also need to get a new student ID in the fall.

Fall IDs will be available beginning on August 10. The Student Success Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
