CCC’s Raven Talk to Spotlight Alumnus Jermaine Holt’s Path from Red Raven to World Record Holder & NCAA Champion

Coffeyville, KS – Coffeyville Community College is proud to announce its upcoming Raven Talk, featuring world record holder, NCAA champion, and CCC alumnus Jermaine Holt. The event will take place on Tuesday,
November 19, at 3:00 p.m. in Spencer / Rounds Theatre and is open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, Jermaine Holt is living proof that your starting line doesn’t define your finish. His journey began right here at Coffeyville Community College, where he laid the foundation for a remarkable athletic career. Holt went on to compete for the University of Houston, capturing an NCAA National Championship and becoming a world record holder in the indoor 4x400m relay.
Today, as a motivational speaker, Holt inspires others to embrace grit, belief, and relentless drive—the same qualities that helped him turn a junior college dream into a world-renowned achievement.
