Meet the 2020-2021 Raven Soundsations

Zailene AlobaidiI’m Zailene Alobaidi.  I’m from Coffeyville, Kansas, and I just graduated from FKHS. I started choir my second semester of 8th grade and since then I’ve been honored to work with Mr. Gard, our choir director at FKHS. I was a part of a women's ensemble for a while then started Soundwave and did that for 3 years. I’m the worship leader at my very small church. I’m proud to be Arabian, and I love Jesus with all of my heart.

 


Ravay DarrMy name is Ravay Darr. This is my second year at CCC. I graduated from Highland Park High School in Topeka, Kansas. I performed in the concert choir for two years in high school and am enjoying the choirs here at CCC. My hobbies are video games, writing, hanging out with friends, and singing. My major is early education. 

 


Ryan HelkenbergHi. My name is Ryan Helkenberg. I graduated from Bartlesville High School in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This is my first year at CCC and I am a Vocal major. This will be my fifth year in a show choir, and I am very excited. I love to sing and I have performed at places like Walt Disney World, Six Flags over Texas and multiple venues in Branson, Missouri. I was also in 6 musicals including The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, and Annie.


Pravin LeeperMy name is Pravin Leeper. I graduated from Labette County High School, though I attended two others high schools prior to my senior year. My hobbies are singing, songwriting, working with consumer tech, and learning new skills. My major is going to be Vocal Performance, but that may or may not change. I was only in choir my senior year during high school, but have taken singing seriously since I was 11.

 


Treabein ListonHi! I’m Treabein Liston. I graduated from Bartlesville High School May of 2020. Some of my hobbies are singing, hanging out with my friends, cooking, playing video games, watching tv, and listening to music. I’ve decided to double major in Musical Theatre and Speech Pathology. I’m one of those people who loves to travel. One of my favorite travel trips was when I went to Italy for about 2 weeks. I fell in love with music and theatre when I was little. My first play was when I was in the 2nd grade where I played Prince Charming. My first musical was when I was in the 4th grade where I played Young Scrooge. Ever since then I’ve been in 16 musicals. My favorite shows which I performed are Newsies and Little Mermaid.
 


Natalie MaxhimerMy name is Natalie Maxhimer. I graduated from Ottawa High School in Ottawa, Kansas, in June of 2020. I’ve been singing since I can remember, and I was in show choir for the last two years of my high school career. I’m extremely passionate about advocating for equality and civil rights and speaking on issues that occur in America today. I plan on majoring in elementary education with a minor in political science.

 


Victoria PostMy name is Victoria Post. I graduated from Bartlesville High School in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Some of my hobbies involve music, jiu jitsu, and politics. I started choir in the sixth grade, and I’ve been in it ever since.
