Children's Summer Theatre's production of Shrek The Musical Jr. will be presented July 20-22 at Coffeyville Community College. Performances will begin at 7 p.m. each evening in the Spencer/Rounds Performing Arts Theatre. Admission is free.

The musical is based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical.  It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance.

Caitlin Almond is directing the musical. The Vocal Director is Christopher Langsford with Kristi Reedy as the Accompanist. Tylar Dougan is the Choreographer.

The Lighting Technician for the production is Breezi Hancock, and Zach Mitchell will be the Sound Technician. Backstage Assistants are Tylar Dougan, Brandi Thomas, Luke Tomlinson and Karl Wittenburg.
