Neely Named Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellow

Aaron Neely, the 2012-2013 President of the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College, was recently named a Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellow at Kansas State University.  The Mary Lynn and Warren Staley School of Leadership Studies, in partnership with K-State Athletics, was pleased to announce the inaugural Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellows Program.  The program initially included a class of up to 50 outstanding K-State students who will be entering their final year at K-State during the 2015-2016 school year.

The Snyder Leadership Legacy Program will provide a leadership development opportunity rooted in Coach Snyder’s 16 Goals for Success, to top students of Kansas State University.  The program will also provide opportunity to engage in a leadership dialogue with Coach Snyder and to purposefully connect students to community and business leaders.

While at Coffeyville Community College, Aaron was a member of the All-Kansas Academic Team, served as student speaker at CCC graduation exercises, and was named international Most Outstanding Chapter Officer by Phi Theta Kappa.
