Coffeyville Community College, Columbus Campus has once again achieved accreditation by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in the areas of Damage Analysis/Estimating/Customer Service, Non-Structural Analysis/ Damage Repair, Painting and Refinishing and Structural Analysis/Damage Repair.

Coffeyville Community College will host the annual Scholarship Auction on April 30. The auction will take place in Nellis Hall and doors will open at 4:30 p.m.

The Coffeyville Community College Music Department invites the public to an instrumental concert on Feb. 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre. Admission is free.

The Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa selected Evalyse Azuara as February’s Member of the Month. She was honored during the Board of Trustees meeting on Feb. 15.

Coffeyville Community College welcomes Heather Styka to the Spencer/Rounds Theatre on Feb. 23 at 10:30 a.m. Admission is free. Styka will perform songs from the golden age of the Grand Ol' Opry.

Strange new neighbors can come from anywhere, as Don and Nancy, a childless suburban couple, discover in “Twitch,” a one-act comedy by Stephen Gregg to be presented by the Coffeyville Community theatre department Feb. 11-13.

The Coffeyville Community College Technical Campus partnered with MAMTC (Mid-America Manufacturing Technology Center) and invited local area high school students to participate Coffeyville Tech Days.

Coffeyville Community College has selected two sophomore students, Colter Comstock and Reina Garcia, to represent the institution on the 21st annual Kansas All-State Academic Team.

Coffeyville Community College hosted the Southeast Kansas District FFA Welding, Milk Quality and Agronomy contest on Jan. 27.

Coffeyville Community College welcomes the public to see Arlecia Elkamil on campus, Feb. 2 at 10:30 a.m. The performance is part of the CCC Humanities Project and admission is free.

The Coffeyville Community College Columbus Campus held its annual Tech Day on Friday Jan. 22. Tech Day welcomed area high school students to tour program areas and participate in interactive demonstrations of program activities.

Coffeyville Community College welcomed a new Band Director to campus in January. John Gilmore made the move to Coffeyville from the Kansas City area to take over the college's instrumental music program.

Coffeyville Community College invites singer, songwriter, musician, and story teller, Tom Irwin to the Spencer Rounds Theatre on Jan. 26 at 10:30 a.m. Admission is free. Irwin will be performing a program titled "The Protest Songs of Bob Dylan."

The Southeast Kansas District FFA Welding, Milk Quality, and Agronomy competition has been canceled due to adverse weather conditions across the state. The event has been rescheduled for Jan. 27th.

A total of 70 students completed degree requirements at Coffeyville Community College this past fall semester.

The Columbus Campus of Coffeyville Community College will be holding its annual Tech Day on Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Tech Day is open to any sophomore, junior or senior from any area high school as well as any post-secondary student who would like to attend. Tours of each program will be provided as well as live demonstrations in each of the technical program areas.

Placement on the President’s Honor Roll requires a minimum of 14 hours of graded academic work with a grade point average of 3.75 or higher and no grade below a B. The Vice President’s Honor Roll requires a minimum of 12 hours of graded academic work with a grade point average of 3.4 or higher and no grade below a B.

Coffeyville Community College honored five faculty and staff members for their extraordinary efforts, outside of the office, during the 2015 academic year.
