Wellness Center

The Wellness Center is located in Weinberg Hall. Individuals who want to participate in intramural sports, open gym, campus events or fitness activities in the Wellness Center must sign an "Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability" form.  This form is available in the Registrar's Office in the Student Union. This waiver is also included as part of each term's enrollment process.
