Humanities Project: Kerry Patrick Clark Performs at CCC on Oct. 16

Kerry Patrick Clark

Kerry Patrick Clark is a musical Norman Rockwell.  His palette is a simple 12-note scale, a 6-string guitar and one voice that seeks to sing hope into the human experience.  His songs are the compass that points the heart home. Kerry is a former member of the folk group, The New Christy Minstrels, a Martin Guitar Preferred artist and the singer/songwriter of the #1 folk song of 2014.

Kerry is a blend of the practical and the visionary. And he’s a mixture of genres and time periods: today and yesterday, pop, folk, country, singer/songwriter, and Americana. Mostly, he is solidly and quintessentially rooted in his own life experiences, which somehow magically deepen and reverberate through ours as well.

Kerry will perform at Coffeyville Community College on Oct. 16 as part of the college's Humanities Project. The public is invited to the 10:30 a.m. Tuesday humanities performances at CCC.  The performances are free and held in the Spencer/Rounds Performing Arts Theatre.
