MAGIC BY PETE

When it comes to comedy and magic, Pete Walterscheid takes great pride in what he presents. He jokingly refers to himself as “world famous in certain parts of Kansas.”   He is a long time member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, the Society of American Magicians, and the prestigious Academy of Magical Arts.  His comedic talents with magic have awarded him 1st place in regional stage competitions as well as being voted “Best Close-Up Magician” of the Kansas City area both in 2014 and the year 2018.  He has been awarded a magician membership to the Magic Castle in Hollywood and keeps busy performing for banquets, festivals, corporate functions and private shows.   Pete enjoys performing street at area events and showcases his magic frequently at the Kicks Comedy Theater in Westport area of Kansas City. These last few years have been a whirlwind of activity for him and he is thrilled to share his performance whenever possible.  His original effects and routines delight and thrills.
