Will spectators be allowed for the May CCC graduation?

Yes, with the recent changes in state mandates and with guidance from the County Health Department, CCC has decided to allow each participating graduate to invite four (4) family members to the graduation ceremony.  Seating is first come first served and spacing between families is recommended.  Masking will be required for the ceremony per the County Health Department.  Tickets will not be issued.  We ask that students limit their family attendance to four (4) people if possible. 

Will graduation be livestreamed?

Yes, at this time the May 8th CCC Graduation ceremony will be livestreamed.

Where and when do I pick up my cap and gown?

Caps and gowns will be available for pickup in the Records Office on the week of graduation (May 3rd-May 7th).  Caps and gowns must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7th.

When is graduation rehearsal?

Graduation rehearsal is scheduled for Thursday, May 6th at 4:00 p.m. in Nellis Hall.  Graduation rehearsal is recommended, but not required.

How do I enroll for the summer or fall 2021 semester?

Summer and Fall 2021 enrollment will begin on Monday, April 19th.  Please contact the Student Success Center, [email protected] to arrange a time to enroll for the Summer or Fall 2021 semesters after April 19th.  Coffeyville Technical Campus students need to contact [email protected] to enroll.  Columbus Technical Campus students need to contact [email protected] to enroll.

Who do I call if I need someone to talk to for my mental well-being?

Students should call or email their activity sponsor or coach, or contact the Student Life personnel (Yvonne Hull, Abdul Olesesi, or Sarah Bartel), or the Student Health Nurse (lower level of the Student Union).  The school nurse is available from 9:00am till 1:00pm Monday-Friday.  Students may also contact the Security Desk 24/7 to request assistance.
