COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions for Students

A must read for students. The COVID-19 FAQ will answer many of those questions you have regarding the rest of the spring semester.

COVID-19 FAQ TL;DR

  • Main Campus classes resumed on March 30 in an online format only. Face-to-face instruction will be restricted indefinitely. Use your Moodle log-in to access these courses.
  • If you leave the campus residence halls during spring break, do not return to campus.
  • If you left campus, contact Student Life Director Aaron Flores at [email protected] to make arrangements to secure personal belongings.
  • CCC will continue to provide food service for remaining dorm residents as long as the Residence Halls are allowed to stay open.
  • Coffeyville Technical Campus and Columbus Technical Campus face-to-face classes are suspended until further notice. Some courses will move to an online format. Contact your program instructor for information on your specific courses and programs, and starting dates.
  • An off-campus student service resource page has been created to consolidate access to online academic and student services.
  • College Campuses will be closed to the public until further notice.
  • Last date to withdraw from a class is now April 24.
  • Summer and Fall enrollment will now start on April 27.
  • Work study jobs are on hold indefinitely. Work study position will continued to get paid (excluding Spring Break) as long as the College is closed.

Cancellations

The following events have been cancelled:

  • All athletic competitions and practices have been cancelled for the spring semester. Spring sport athletes have been granted another year of eligibility by the NJCAA. Athletes can contact your coach with any questions.
  • The NJCAA National Men's Basketball Tournament.
  • All remaining Humanities Project performances for the spring semester.
  • The Fantasticks musical.
  • All choir and band concerts.
  • Open House for Future Students.
  • All Enrollment Days. Students can begin summer and fall enrollment on April 27.
  • Scholarship Endowment Auction.
  • Graduation Ceremony.

New Dates

  • College Campuses will be closed to the public until further notice.
