How Do I Pay My Tuition and Fees at CCC?
Prior to the first day of class, payments or arrangements for payments must be made in the CCC Business Office.
The Business Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on the second level of the Student Union.
Payments can also be made online with Raven Access.
If you plan on using federal financial aid (we're talking Pell Grants and loans), then it is recommended that you file your FAFSA and establish your eligibility as early as possible. By doing this, you will make the payment process far less frustrating for you and the college staff.
A down payment or filing for Federal Financial Aid are required at time of enrollment. Before enrollment can be completed, a student must pay a $200 deposit (Fall and Spring) in the Business Office, or a FAFSA must be filed. (Deposit is $75 for each Summer I and Summer II sessions). The remainder of your bill must be paid before you will be allowed to enroll in a following semester and before an official transcript will be released for you. All balances must also be paid prior to enrollment. The Business Office can accept payments through Raven Access, in-person, or over the phone via credit/debit card.
The links in the right column provide you the details for paying your tuition and fees online and saving you a trip to campus.
